Chicken Pot Pie
Crust:
1/2 of a 8oz cream cheese
2 sticks of Butter
2 1/4 cups of Flour
Filling:
2 cans of cream of Chicken soup
1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
1-2 chicken breast cooked and shredded or cubed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix the crust up and cut in half use half to cover the bottom and sides of an 8x8 glass dish. Cook it for about 20-25 min on 350 then take it out. Then mix the filling together and pour in the crust top it with the other half of the crust and cook at 400 for about 25-30 min until crust is golden brown.
